The main parts of the vending machine that need to be maintained are: the surface of the machine body, the pickup port, the shipping chute, the condenser, and the evaporating dish.

1. Where the vending machine needs key maintenance

(1) The exterior of the vending machine

As the saying goes, people rely on clothes and horses rely on saddles, and the same is true for merchandise vending machines. A good and tidy external environment can attract more passenger traffic to a certain extent. When the outside of the machine is covered with dust, we only need to wipe it with a dry cloth. If it cannot be wiped off, we need to wipe the outside of the vending machine with warm water or neutral detergent diluted with water. In addition, do not use chemicals such as paint solvent and banana water, otherwise accidents are likely to occur.

(2) Shipping chute for goods

The purpose of keeping the shipping chute of the product clean is to make the product go out more smoothly and unobstructed. Therefore, the cleaning time should be at least once a month to remove the stains or dust on it, so that consumers can buy it again.

(3) Condenser and evaporator of vending machine

The outside of the machine needs to be cleaned regularly, and the parts inside the machine also need to be properly cleaned. such as condensers and evaporators. When cleaning the condenser, use a vacuum cleaner or a brush to gently push the garbage or dirt attached to the heat sink up and down; when cleaning the dirt inside the evaporator, take it out and wash it with water.

Factories, hospitals, stations, tourist attractions and other places with large traffic or many people and relatively closed spaces are ideal commercial vending machines. In the entire vending machine industry, vending machines are neither waterproof nor rain-proof, especially models with large touch screens. It is common sense in the industry that the screen will fail when exposed to water. If the screen is soaked in water, it will not work, and if it is soaked in water or exposed to rain, it may cause the circuit board to corrode and break. There are cooling vents under the vending machine, which are the same as the interior. If you soak in water, the water will definitely enter the inside of the machine. The coin slot and the inside of the coin dispenser on the machine are also the same, water will enter in heavy rain, and the touch screen will also fail to enter in the rain.

When choosing the location of the commercial vending machine, the ground is required to be firm and level and a part of the height should be raised to prevent the accident of the machine from tilting due to the ground collapse when it rains or the accident of water entering the machine caused by the accumulation of water in the low-lying area. Also build a rain shelter to prevent the machine from getting wet. Even if some vending models do not have a touch screen or a coin slot, do not directly expose to the rain, which will increase the failure rate and affect the service life of the vending machine. In particular, beverage vending machines with serpentine cargo lanes are relatively solid in workmanship, and it is normal for them to take eight or ten years to protect themselves from wind and rain.
